The view in the video is not great but it looks like a single tail to me. I don’t currently have a great vendor to recommend for leather toys but generic online toy stores usually sell something pretty similar, like this one. If you like it you’ll end up wanting to buy a nicer one from a leather crafter anyway, but they’ll be a lot more expensive.
