This whipping artwork is by Aroldo Bonzagni, an illustrator whose work is rarely seen and about whom little information is available on the web. Note the uniformed “gentleman” in the background using the “dry finger in butt” check to see if the woman over his knee has been sufficiently whipped to ensure sexual compliance.
