I’m not at all sure I understand the “gag” in this spanking cartoon. Or maybe it would be more accurate to say I don’t comprehend the context. Are these showgirls? Sorority sisters? I can’t really make sense of it. But I don’t care very much. A topless hottie getting a spanking always works for me:

I don’t have receipts for this, but according to several different informants, the famous stage magician David Blaine claimed that his relationship with singer Fiona Apple included numerous hard spankings (for her). It’s said that this came up when Blaine was on the Howard Stern show:

They still make 15, 18 and 24 inch rulers but they would be a joke for CP because they are made out of soft woods.
