Spanked In A Crumbling Courtyard
Public spankings are all well and good, but usually they happen in a quiet copse of forest somewhere, or at least, in the bushes at the park. This poor girl got tied to a rolling office chair (presumably inside) and then wheeled out into a derelict courtyard for a spanking in front of anybody who cares to look out a window:
