According to this site I found called “Spanking Blog”, it’s “Kink Unlimited and Wasteland feature Figged And Caned”, with Ten Amorette. Don’t know if it’s a reliable source, though.
I think the model is Ten Amorette. As to the video source I’m not 100% sure but I think you’ve shared over stills from this movie before.

It’s Ten Amorette. From which shoot, I have no idea though. Judging by the quality of the screengrab, it’s an older one at this point though.
