Birching While Erect

This may have started as a spot of religious discipline, but I don’t think it’s going to end that way:

some sort of friar or monk with an erect penis, birching or flogging a nun with a sore ass

Artist is Paul Avril, and this is one of several plates that appeared in a 1931 edition of Gamiani ou Deux Nuits d’Exces.
