Pierce Brosnan a spanker? Cool!

According to this story in the San Francisco Examiner, Brosnan playfully threatened to spank a naughty female fan:

Pierce Brosnan may play the suave gentleman in Bond flicks, but in real life, he’s just a perv. When a shy female fan asked him for an autograph for her nephew and then afterward admitted it was really for her, Brosnan said, “Aren’t you a naughty girl? I’m afraid I’m going to have to smack you on the bottom.” He then pulled a wooden spoon from his jacket and shook it at her. Now, what I want to know is why Pierce Brosnan is walking around town with a wooden spoon in his pocket.

Why, indeed?
