Perilously Balanced OTK Spanking

This poor girl looks like she’s had to cross her ankles in an effort not to fall on her face while being spanked:

I miss Spanking Shame. Also its sad that we can no longer follow some of their great models. I still have some favorite downloaded videos through.

Jeremy- although I didn’t get a chance to check out Spanking and Shame, I’ve seen lots of great spanking sites close up shop over the years – sometimes I’m afraid I’ll come back one day and Spanking Blog will be gone too. It seems like most spanking/fetish porn conglomeration now resides on Tumblr, which normally lacks the thoughtful, whimsical commentary that makes this site so delightful.

Ten, I’m going to try really hard to make sure that never happens while I live and breathe. But none of us are getting younger, and Spanking Blog doesn’t really have a solid revenue model, just picks up dribs and drabs of server money from random bits of advertising. Sadly the same is true of Tumblr — they are owned by Yahoo, which got sold to a phone company 7 months ago and has an uncertain future.

When the site shuts down I wonder what the legal status of the videos becomes. Am I allowed to share them now?

Copyright law is immensely complicated. I guarantee that you can’t get a useful answer to that question here. We could spend thirty thousand words just defining what you mean by “allowed” and then we could start in on what you mean by “share”. And by the time we were done with that conversation, whatever legal mistakes you were primed to make, I’d be on the hook for half your liability.

My guess, however, is that the simplistic answer is “no” or “not unless there’s a better reason than that the site shut down”.
