Ronda’s Yearbook Spanking
The funny caption and the signature make this look like a yearbook spanking photo to me, but I’m just guessing. Found it at Richard Windsor’s site, where he gives it a place (Jetmore, Kansas) and a 1980 date, but no more specific context:

Yeah what you see is what you get my friend, there is no context to the image other than what you have correctly reported here. I just went to double check and there is no additional information provided, this was one image of four on a single page. The place, state and date are all correct though. Most pictures of this ilk that I find have little to no context attached to them. I can add one extra bone though, there is also a picture available of the woman in question wearing her cheerleader uniform ;)

It’s all good!! Sometimes when you do a double check you can find additional information. As an example, for one Streetcars pic I wanted some additional info, about three years after I found the pic, so I went back to the book and scoured every page and I will be blowed if it didn’t have a second streetcars spanking pic at the very back of the book as well :)
