The Bamboo Gauntlet
You don’t see much gauntlet punishment art, so I wish I knew the source of this. It looks like something from one of the Japanese BDSM magazines, to me:
I wonder how many times they’ll make her walk down the line of uniformed men with bamboo canes?

They look like French Foreign Legion troops to me, not Japanese. Look at the moustaches.
It’s just my guess based on artistic style; there used to be Japanese BDSM magazines with a lot of hastily-drawn little illustrations that looked like this. Not unusual for European subjects to be depicted in those images.
