In 1968, B & B Productions of Hollywood California made a slick color movie production of that 1828 Victorian erotic classic, The Lustful Turk. The vicissitudes of Mediterranean piracy puts a European woman into a Turkish harem where she finds herself treated, at least by her own standards, rather harshly:
