Obviously, she is suffering from poor circulation and the doctor is caneing her to increase the blood flow to that extremity.
I’ve seen it done several times in surgery.
Usually I mock pictures that have subbies in unrealistic poses like this one because it requires so much self-control on the part of the subbie. In this case, however, ropes and the Mean Nurse keep her in place for the cane!
I would love for this to happen since the doctor needs to punish for not doing what the patient needs to do to be better. But must be very imbarassing to get done. But will make the person want to listen and do what’s told.
