The Birch In Winter

According to the caption you can see on the full version, this artwork is a watercolor by “von Milewski” (which may be a pseudonym for Gerhard Windisch) and is called “The Birch In Winter” (or at least that’s my best guess at a translation of “Die Rute im Schnee”):

Almost correct, “im Schnee” translates to “in the snow”. Also, “von” is not part of the name here, it simply means “from”. Putting it all together, The Birch in the Snow by Milewski.
