    Terminology question: What do you call elastic (like, for a waistband or leg band) that isn’t quite lacy and isn’t exactly ruffly? It’s feminine, definitely not a straight line, maybe has a series of small loops–what’s that called? Again, “lace” isn’t quite accurate, I don’t think.

    Anybody?
