As near as I can tell, these lesbian women-in-prison photos come from promotional material (probably photos in a porn magazine) for a vintage porn loop called Girls Behind Bars (Roxbury Press F-621), starring the legendary porn actress Serena. Not much information seems to be on the web about this old loop, but the action began with a strip search and gotten meaner from there:
