Anonymous Sex Whipping

Bondage Blog calls this an interrogation, but I’m thinking that boxer shorts and a hood is not the costume of an interrogator. He’s maintaining his anonymity and planning to get naked, which makes this whipping scene ominous in a different and far more sexaul way:
