Ludwig Plus Kaelah
I would have titled this post “Geeky Spanko Love” but “geeky” is one of those tricky words — even to folks who wear it proudly, it doesn’t always sound as good when somebody else says it. This time, though, I probably could have gotten away with it.

Way back in 2004 I wrote the following:

When I wrote that, more than five years ago, blogs weren’t as easy to do as they are today, which is why I was still recommending spanking discussion forums rather than suggesting “start a blog.” Talk to Bethie, though, and she cheerfully admits that she read every one of the posts from the first six months of this blog before she started to, as she puts it, “sneak up on” me. However it’s done, something a bit “larger format” than the typical internet personal has a lot to recommend it. As, I suspect, Ludwig and Kaelah would currently be willing to testify.

There’s a specially farcical air about the story Jailed. I think it has to do with the way implausible events are delivered in a perfect deadpan, as if they were the most normal things that could possibly happen:
