Beyond the vintage lesbian erotica, the rest of Lesbian Leather is potentially interesting for its dominant lesbian viewpoint. Beware the rough edges, though; this is dominance of the sort you’d expect to find between the pages of that old “Bitches With Whips” magazine or something. The author seems to be from the school of belief that, to be dominant, you have to abandon, or at least set aside, civility and politeness. (Compare and contrast: can you imagine Mistress Matisse referring to a man she’d never spoken to as a “loser jerk”?)
