    Usually I mock pictures that have subbies in unrealistic poses like this one because it requires so much self-control on the part of the subbie. In this case, however, ropes and the Mean Nurse keep her in place for the cane!

    Obviously, she is suffering from poor circulation and the doctor is caneing her to increase the blood flow to that extremity.

    I’ve seen it done several times in surgery.
